What are hair lowlights?

And what's the difference between highlights and lowlights? What are hair lowlights?
highlights tend to be brighter, lowlights are darker, bolder streaks. What are hair lowlights?
Lowlights are undertones for your hair to create more of a contrast or the darkest parts of you hair. They're nice because you don't have to get the roots touched up as often and they help bring out your natural highlights.

Highlights are the brightest streaks in your hair. Some people get them naturally and some have them dyed for a more dramatic look.
okay. highlights are colored streeks on the top layer of your hair. Low lights are colored streeks on the inner side of your hair.
lowlights are pretty much just a longer word for streaks. which are dark streaks of hair. highlights are light streaks.
highlights are when u make ur hair lighter lowlights are when u make it darker
lowlights could b like u color only the lower hair or dark colors added n2 ur hair!
