I want to get lowlights, Do you know of a good priced place to go? The cheapest i have found is $65 at Maxx %26amp; Mia's. If it helps i live in Roseville MnHair lowlights- Good place to go?
that is a pretty standard price for low lights.. i doubt you are going to find them at any lower prices, because they take quite a while to do.. GOOD LUCK!
